Administrative Update

We have noticed that some unscrupulous entities have begun to submit spamming comments to our blog; because of this, we have had to make some changes to the comment posting experience. We do apologize for the extra hoops and hurdles but the result will be a site where you can still interact with Jackie's family and friends without the bother of posts having nothing to do with her memory or legacy. Thanks!

It's terrible what happened to this girl and her family. I remember the case, and it affected me. Jackie will never have the life she should have. She will never be forgotten.

Not really sure how this new system works? But, I hope you get this message.

Sorry I haven't had time to drop you folks a few good words for a while but, I have been doing my night work pluss some (Serious Court Witness Work) during the day.

I have not been up north for some time now but do plan a trip soon, and will stop at Jackies Memorial as always and make up for lost time with flowers along with a Prayer for all of you.

I hope that all of the Hartman, Family / Friends / and Relatives are doing good and in the best of health. I think you folks are Great and I will always be proud to have met the one's of you that I have. Take care and always remain safe. Your friend always Ellis & Family.

I just got home from work at BBMC and was watching the morning news. They say jury selection is set for Jackies's case, and it brought back instant memories. I can still see her in her maroon scrubs and her smiling face moving patients around the hospital.
She was a beautiful girl with an amazing spirit and a genuine heart. You had an amazing daughter and she would have been an amazing nurse. Hope there is comfort in knowing she touched many lives; and her life- although short- made a difference. She is missed. God Bless.

Dave, Kara and girls, my heart, prayer and thoughts are with you at this time as the trial begins. I will think about you all everyday until it is over and this is finally put to rest.
Thinking of you all
